Delta-8 is a cannabinoid found in hemp, marijuana’s sister plant. It can give you a high like THC, and it tends to be less potent. Do you live in a state that doesn’t allow marijuana? Delta-8 is a great way to experience some of the effects of THC, although in a more mild form. Some people, like me, may even prefer the more mild effect of this cannabinoid to THC (plus THC is illegal in my state).
What Does Delta-8 Do?
Many people who use Delta-8 report that it has the same effects as THC, including happiness, uplifted feelings, and relief of pain. It has also reportedly helped with insomnia.
